Watch Us Grow: New Movora Positions

At Movora, we’re always focused on how to streamline processes and be agile and impactful in how we serve veterinary professionals. In our ongoing efforts to continually improve, we’re excited to share key organizational changes and the introduction of four leadership roles. EmmyLou Draper, Chelsy Cloherty, Drew Maddalone and Dr. Olaf Türck will be filling these roles

Drew Maddalone – Vice President, Total Joint Solutions

We’re pleased to welcome Drew Maddalone as our new Vice President of Total Joint Solutions. Drew brings over 30 years of experience in the veterinary space, starting as a veterinary technician and moving into orthopedics through his work with Securos and Arthrex. With a passion for innovation and partnership development, Drew is focused on driving continued growth and excellence in our TJR portfolio.

Dr. Olaf Türck – Sales Director, EMEA

Movora is proud to announce the appointment of Dr Olaf Türck as the new Sales Director for the EMEA region. Olaf has been in the veterinary field for the past 15 years, getting his start in veterinary medicine and pharmaceuticals, then becoming a global veterinary lead at Maxi Zoo. He strengthened the company's animal health and specialty expertise through his work with specialist groups in science and sales associations. Now, Olaf has joined Movora with the intention of furthering Movora’s mission of supporting veterinary professionals across the globe with industry-leading orthopedic solutions, best-in-class service and support, and hands-on learning.

United States Sales Realignment

To better support veterinary professionals across the U.S., we’re adding local representatives, creating the opportunity to promote two company leaders from within. Instead of five districts, the US sales team will realign to two regions: East and West.

New Regional Sales Managers: Emmylou Draper & Chelsy Cloherty

We’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Emmylou Draper and Chelsy Cloherty to Regional Sales Managers for the East and West regions. Both Emmylou and Chelsy have grown within Movora, advancing through hard work, curiosity, and a passion for our mission to support veterinary professionals in delivering the best outcomes for their patients. They’ve taken the time to understand our products, our customers, and what it takes to lead, and we are confident they will continue to elevate and support their teams in their new roles.

Chelsy: "My role at Movora isn't just about numbers or overseeing performance—it's about people. I help bridge the gap between innovative veterinary solutions and the surgeons who rely on them every day. I work to create alignment between sales, operations, and customer success to shape strategy, amplify our market presence, and support our reps so they can deliver exceptional service to veterinary professionals nationwide."

For most Movora customers, local representatives will remain the same. In some areas, EmmyLou and Chelsy will transition their individual accounts to other outstanding team members but will remain actively involved to ensure a smooth handoff and continued high-quality service.
