Unique and original ideas from our customers are at the heart of Movora’s most impactful innovations. We also welcome innovative ideas and solutions from inventors outside of our company that make improvements to our existing products or bring new product opportunities in veterinary MedTech.

We share our experience that many ideas, inventions and technologies submitted to us for evaluation may already be available to our team through the work of our own employees, other customers, published information, or previous disclosure from an innovation partner. Please be advised that information you share through this form cannot be treated as confidential.

If you wish for your information to be treated as confidential by Movora, please enter only enough non-confidential information in the form for us to sufficiently understand your idea to allow us to understand fit of the idea with our portfolio and assess whether to explore further confidential or non-confidential discussions of the idea.

As our discussions progress, our development team may need more information regarding particular aspects of your idea. Additional information you provide will by default also be treated as non-confidential. If you consider the information we request to be confidential, please do not provide the requested information until Movora agrees to accept the additional information as confidential via non-disclosure agreement.

Our expectations of ideas that are submitted include:

Submitter is the owner of the idea and able to act as owner of the rights associated with the idea. Please no third-party submissions.
For ideas developed in collaboration with colleagues, please disclose collaborators as you hold further discussions with Movora on the idea.
For ideas developed in the course of employment, please do not submit ideas where an employer or previous employer has contractual rights of ownership. We invite you to connect with Movora as a development partner for such ideas. Movora is not obligated to act on every idea submitted.
For our subject matter experts to evaluate these ideas, the information in this form is not considered confidential. It may be distributed to and viewed by multiple Movora employees.
